Ages 4 – 5 | Littles Program

Choose your
class time

The gentlest introduction to martial arts. Classes are built around movement games, partner drills, and listening exercises — all disguised as fun.

  • Mat games and movement drills to develop coordination
  • Listening and following directions in a group setting
  • Basic tumbling and balance exercises
  • Learning to take turns and respect partners
  • Safe, low-contact drills appropriate for small bodies
Ages 6 – 9 | Kids Program

Choose your
class time

This is where Jiu-Jitsu clicks. At 6–9, kids have the coordination to actually learn techniques — and the results show within weeks.

  • Foundational BJJ positions: guard, mount, side control
  • Escapes and reversals — getting out of bad spots
  • Takedowns and trips appropriate for this age
  • Partner drilling with supervised, controlled live work
  • Belt stripe progression to track and celebrate milestones
  • Teamwork, coach-student respect, and mat etiquette
Ages 10 – 15 | Teens Program

Choose your
class time

BJJ gives teenagers a structured physical and mental challenge that builds the discipline and confidence they're searching for at this age.

  • Advanced BJJ curriculum — guard passing, sweeps, submissions
  • Wrestling and takedown integration
  • Live sparring (drilling and rolling) in a safe environment
  • No-Gi grappling on Saturdays
  • Mental conditioning — staying calm under pressure
  • Leadership skills — older teens mentor newer students
  • Path toward adult program for those who want to continue
