Camp PrepWhat to Bring
What to Bring
Each Day
- Athletic clothes
Comfortable shorts and a t-shirt. No jiu-jitsu gi required for camp. Bring a change of clothes if they tend to sweat heavily.
- Water bottle (large)
Camp is physical. A 32oz bottle minimum. We have a water refill station on-site. Staying hydrated is non-negotiable in a Texas summer.
- Packed snack and lunch
Food is not provided. Label everything clearly. Allergy-safe items from home give you full control over what your child eats.
- Trimmed fingernails and toenails
Short nails prevent small cuts during partner drills. A quick check the night before camp goes a long way.
